Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NextIQTech LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("NextIQ Tech", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through nextiqtech.com (the "Site").

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you use our contact form we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, company website URL, industry, and the description of your requirements.

Consent records. When you submit the contact form you must confirm that you accept our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, that you are 18 or older, and that you consent to us processing your information and contacting you about your request. We keep a record of those confirmations together with the date and time, your IP address and your browser type, as evidence of consent.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested and timestamps. Our bot-protection service (Cloudflare Turnstile) processes limited technical signals to tell humans from automated traffic.

Cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.

2. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

3. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and handle inquiries (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery and bot-protection providers), who may process it only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or similar jurisdictions, we process personal data based on our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and securing the Site, your consent (for example, optional analytics cookies), and legal obligations.

5. Retention

We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you, evaluate a potential engagement, and meet legal or business record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise a right, submit a request through our contact form and identify it as a privacy request. You may also adjust cookie choices at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.

8. Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International transfers

We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries that may have different data protection laws than your own.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
