AI agent development for business

We build AI agents that do real work inside your business. They understand requests, use your data and software tools, and complete multi-step tasks, with guardrails, human review and measurable results. They can work in any language and run in the country you specify.

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software that uses a large language model to understand a goal, decide what steps are needed, and use tools such as your database, CRM, email, calendar or internal APIs to carry those steps out. A simple chatbot answers questions. An automation follows fixed rules. An agent combines language understanding with access to your systems, so it can handle work that used to need a person.

Where AI agents help most

  • Customer support: answer questions from your own content, look up orders, open tickets and escalate to a person when needed.
  • Document processing: read invoices, contracts, forms and emails, extract the data and route it.
  • Sales and lead qualification: respond to inquiries, collect requirements, book meetings and update the CRM.
  • Internal knowledge assistants: search policies, manuals and past projects and give sourced answers.
  • Back-office operations: reconcile records, prepare reports, schedule work and chase approvals.
  • Multilingual service: support customers in their own language around the clock.

How we build agents you can trust

  1. Define the job. One clear task, who it serves, and how success is measured.
  2. Connect data and tools. Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over your documents, plus secure access to the systems the agent needs, with least-privilege permissions.
  3. Choose the right model. We are model-agnostic: hosted models from major providers or open-weight models, picked for accuracy, cost, language coverage and data requirements.
  4. Add guardrails. Approval steps for sensitive actions, input and output checks, and defences against prompt injection and data leakage.
  5. Test against real examples. We build an evaluation set from your real cases and measure accuracy before and after launch.
  6. Monitor and improve. Logging, tracing, cost controls and review dashboards so you can see what the agent did and why.

Any language, any country

Modern language models work in many languages, but quality varies by language and task. We test each target language and tune prompts, retrieval and evaluation accordingly. See multilingual software.

If your data must stay in a specific country, we can run the whole stack there: application, database, vector store and the AI model itself, using regional endpoints of managed AI services where available or open-weight models hosted on GPU servers in your chosen country. See global hosting and data residency and our guide to hosting AI models in your country.

When an AI agent is not the right tool

We will tell you plainly if a simpler solution fits better. If the process is fixed and rule-based, ordinary automation is cheaper and more predictable. If the cost of a wrong answer is very high and no human can review it, an agent may not be appropriate. Start with a small pilot to prove value before you scale. Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot mainly answers questions. An AI agent can also plan steps and take actions by calling tools and systems, such as updating a record, sending an email or creating a ticket, within permissions you define.

Which AI model do you use?

We are model-agnostic. We select among hosted models from major providers and open-weight models based on accuracy for your task, language coverage, cost, latency and where your data is allowed to go.

Will my data be used to train AI models?

That depends on the provider and the plan. We configure enterprise or zero-retention options where available, or host open-weight models on infrastructure you control so your data is not sent to third parties.

Can the agent work in languages other than English?

Yes. We build and test agents in the languages your customers and staff use, and test quality in each language.

Can the AI model run in a specific country?

Yes. We can deploy the application and the model in the country you specify, using in-region managed services where they exist or self-hosted open-weight models.

How do you measure whether the agent works?

We create an evaluation set from real examples, define pass criteria with you, and track accuracy, escalation rate, response time and cost before and after launch.
