These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nextiqtech.com (the "Site"), operated by NextIQTech LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("NextIQ Tech", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; (b) introduce malware or interfere with the Site's operation; (c) use bots, scrapers or automated means to submit forms or overload the Site, except for ordinary search engine and AI-search indexing permitted by our robots.txt; (d) submit false, misleading or unlawful content.

2. Information only; no engagement

Content on the Site is for general information and is not a binding offer. Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship or obligation for either party. Any project work will be governed by a separate written agreement. NextIQ Tech is a technology company: we do not provide legal, regulatory or compliance services or certifications, and clients are responsible for the compliance requirements that apply to their business.

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, design and code, is owned by or licensed to NextIQTech LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, modify, or distribute its content without our written permission, except as allowed by law.

4. Your submissions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Accessibility

We aim to make the Site accessible to everyone and to follow WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines. If you have difficulty using any part of it, please tell us through the contact form and we will work to help.
